We provide safari booking coordination and related travel assistance services as an independent private entity.

2. Nature of Services

We assist visitors in coordinating safari booking requests and providing general travel guidance. We do not issue official government permits.

Safari permits, park regulations, quotas, pricing, and entry rules are determined solely by the respective government authorities. Visitors must comply with all official park rules during their visit.

3. Payments

All payments made on this website are payable to Panna Park Safari (private entity) and not to any government authority.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store card details or sensitive payment information.

4. Booking Confirmation

• Safari bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and confirmation is issued by our company.
• Visitors must carry valid government-issued identification during safari entry.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are processed solely by Panna Park Safari in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

While we align our cancellation timelines with publicly available park guidelines, all refund processing and customer payments are handled directly by our company.

• Service coordination charges are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided in case of no-show.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Changes by Authorities

We are not responsible for changes in safari schedules, park closures, or rule modifications implemented by government authorities.

7. Visitor Responsibility

• Visitors must follow all wildlife safety and park regulations.
• Providing incorrect personal information may result in booking issues.
• Any penalties imposed by park authorities are the responsibility of the visitor.

8. Limitation of Liability

Panna Park Safari acts only as a private booking facilitator and shall not be held liable for decisions made by park authorities or third-party service providers.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
